Fernland Thermal Mineral Pools is the ideal venue for your function.

The pavilion offers the perfect setting for your relaxed gathering, whether it’s a sporting group, children’s birthday celebration, Christmas party, or even a small daytime wedding.

Fernland Spa offers a central location, ample on-site parking, and outstanding thermal hot pool facilities set in a beautiful, tranquil garden setting.

The gentle sounds of the waterfall and native bird song add unique pleasure to your celebration.

Large commercial gas BBQs are available for hire, or you may prefer to have a caterer organise the food for your group. Extensive grounds provide ample space for games and activities.

Fernland Spa is a lush oasis, ideal for small daytime weddings, as we close at 10 pm.

Please note that although the pavilion provides cover, it is not a suitable venue if the weather is very wet. A full refund is given if cancellation is required.

Terms and Condition
Cost
Hire of a covered pavilion is $3.00 per person. Please pay on arrival at the pool reception.

Deposit
A $30.00 deposit is required for all reservations. Deposits are payable at the time of booking.

Please note: Bookings are not valid until the function confirmation form is returned, completed and signed, and the deposit has been paid.

Deposits may be made at pool reception or by direct credit to Fernland Spa BNZ 02-0432-0147620-025

Payment
Payment must be made on the day of arrival at reception, unless otherwise arranged by management.

Postponement
If postponement is necessary (i.e bad weather), we will endeavor to provide another date at the first opportunity for your convenience.

Cancellation
Your deposit will be returned in full if 3 days’ notice is given for cancellation.

Refund of Deposit
Your deposit will be returned in full on completion of the function when grounds and pavilion have been tidied to the satisfaction of management, and all monies have been paid.

Conduct
A good standard of behaviour is expected. Children must be actively supervised by a caregiver when using the pool facility.

Fernland Spa takes all possible care to provide a clean and safe environment for your enjoyment. Users of this facility must ensure that Children are supervised and remain within the BBQ area, are actively supervised in the pool and around the BBQs.

If you are unsure of safe lighting of the BBQs please ask a staff member for assistance.
